Across the Williamsburg bridge

I decided to walk home from the lower east side out of a detest for the G train. Not just the G train, the whole New York subway system and it's unpredictability.  Secretly, partly because of my guilt for finishing the massive and delicious piece of artichoke pizza.
It only took an hour! Half an hour to Bedford and then another half an hour to home. It helped that the weather was gorgeous and my playlist was full of Ray LaMontagne.
I also broke the walk up by browsing a sweet weekend Flea Market in Williamsburg.
