Muffins for the Morning

Mama's Famous Muffins

We eat these every morning at home. They can be modified to suit anyones tastes buds but here is the basic recipe.




1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup of molasses
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup honey
2-3 bananas
1 cup grated carrots
2 eggs

blend/beat until fluffy

Add: 2 cups of white flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup bran buds
1 cup of rolled oats
1/4 cup flax seeds

Mix well with beaters

ad some or all...

silvered almonds, crushed pecans, 1/2 cup coconut, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup cranberries, dried dates

put into muffin tins, bake on 350 for 10-15mins
